Shipping & Refund Policy
Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders within the US. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally.
All orders placed will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.
All shipments will be sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the item(s) being purchased and should arrive within one week of shipment date. Typically, First Class Mail arrives within 1-5 business days and Priority Mail arrives within 1-3 business days.
All shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be covered by the customer, except for the unlikely case that the item arrived damaged, or an incorrect item was sent. In that case, we will cover the full return shipping cost and you will be emailed a pre-paid shipping label.

Returns and Exchanges:
If you are unhappy with your items for any reason upon arrival, you will have 30 days from the time your package arrives to return or exchange your items. In order to be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition as they were received. Items must be without wear, any kind of damage, have no residual smell, and still have all tags attached.
All shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be covered by the customer, except for the unlikely case that the item arrived damaged, or an incorrect item was sent. In that case, we will cover the full return shipping cost and you will be emailed a pre-paid shipping label.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or any of your items and are returning them, you will be given the option of store credit or a full refund. If store credit is chosen, credit will be issued to your account in the appropriate amount once items have arrived, are examined, and cleared for approval.
If you choose to be refunded, the appropriate amount will be issued back to the same card you used on the original purchase. It may take up to 10 days to see the money issued back into your account.
If any items arrive damaged, without tags, or have obvious signs of wear, they will not be approved, and I will reach out to you regarding the next steps of the process.
For exchanges, the new item will be shipped out as soon as original item is received and has been approved. If item is not approved, I will reach out to you regarding next steps of process.
Customers will be notified of the status of their returns/exchanges throughout the process.
